Hosting an Exercise

Hosting an exercise take a special type of sponsor. We need space and plenty of it. As an Exercise Host, you are listed as a top tier sponsor.

How much space?

These events tend to draw 100-200 people. They are divided as:

• 60 Defenders (10 defending teams of up to 6 players per team)
• 40 Attackers (individuals and teams)
• 2 Exercise Control (White Wolf Security)
• Remaining balance is spectators and sponsors

How is the space used?

Ideal:

• Each defending team in its own room.
• All attackers in one room
• Auditorium or central conference room for briefings and classes.

Workable:

• Two or three defending teams in a single room
• All attackers in one room
• Auditorium or central conference room for briefings and classes.

Other requirements

• Room for sponsors to setup tables
• Onsite parking
• Restrooms and possibly dining facilities close by
• Place to register players as they come in
